Our 99.9% Uptime Guarantee

The Aplus.net guarantee—if your dedicated server is ever down for more than one hour due to our network failure we will refund up to 100% of your next month's bill.*

Aplus.net guarantees:

  • Your hardware will be functioning 100% of the time (except in normal maintenance windows). Power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time (except in normal maintenance windows).
  • Power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time (with the exception of normal maintenance).
  • Network uptime will be 99.9%.

For every hour of downtime your server experiences due to one of these issues, you will receive 5% off your next month's bill (up to 100%). This may not be applied toward fees for add-on services/hardware such as additional RAM, HDD, etc.

*All Aplus.net guarantees are subject to the restriction set forth in our Dedicated Server Service Level Agreement.

We offer technical support (i.e., troubleshooting, network support, hardware failures, and reboots) for Windows®, Linux®, and FreeBSD® operating systems. All servers have the capability of either remote desktop connection or putty connection depending on which OS is applicable.

Basic support is free of charge and available 24/7/365 via phone, chat e-mail and a comprehensive library of documentation, known as our Knowledge Base. Our higher-level technicians are here 6am-11pm for more complicated inquiries.

We also offer advanced technical support services for particularly complex operations at $99/hour. Such work can include:

  • Installation of software not part of a standard server package
  • Advanced configuration of servers
  • Custom backup scripts
  • Mail server configuration
  • Scripting
